1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, and others who access Quirky Day Tripper.

3. Travel and Attraction Information

Quirky Day Tripper is a planning and discovery tool. Attraction information, operating hours, access rules, road conditions, costs, and availability can change. Always verify current conditions before traveling, especially for remote, seasonal, private, restricted, or potentially hazardous locations.

4. Intellectual Property

Quirky Day Tripper's original site content, branding, features, and functionality are owned by Quirky Day Tripper or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

• Do not use our name, logo, or branding without permission.
• Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Quirky Day Tripper the permissions reasonably necessary to display and operate that content within the service.
• Third-party content and services, including Google Maps and Google APIs, are also subject to their respective terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate third-party products such as Google Maps, Gmail, Supabase, and external websites. Quirky Day Tripper does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms from that provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular trip. Travel involves inherent risks, and users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution and judgment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Quirky Day Tripper concerning use of the service.
